Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Special-order or custom items
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Any item not in its original, resalable condition
For safety and liability reasons, certain products cannot be accepted once opened or installed. Please inspect your order carefully before installation or use.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or that is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@3rdcoasttriggers.com and send your item to the address listed below.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
